Purchased this for my father-in-law that was having a hard time with the new smartphones.

My grandma really love this phone he dropped her old one looks the same

Great Call/Lively promotes their products for seniors and those who have low vision. My mother has had a great call phone for several years, and her last one died. I replaced it with this one. She couldn't use it because Great Call decided to move the buttons around. Why would you move buttons on a phone for those who can't see? It was as if I'd gone to her room and moved the furniture and expected her to be able to negotiate the room as she always has. Not a great call for Great Call. Had to return.

Not a good unit, very complicated to operate. Do not purchase! I returned it after few days trying it out.

I was really hoping to be able to use this phone for my elderly Mother but when I called the Lively customer rep for information only, she was insistent that I activate with the number they would have assigned to the phone. My Mother already has a number she wanted to transfer. She hung up on me after I said I needed to consult my Mother first

Delt with one person very helpful with purchase . Most defenitely will use best buy for future purchases.

Having to scroll up/down through menu options and hit "OK" at each step of the process is tedious and time-consuming. The directions I had to write up for my mom to find a contact or check her voicemail are so long becuase of the way this terrible phone is set up.
