    It has too many steps required to make a call, also not even convenient to answer one and the ring volume button can be accidentally turned of because of its location.

    The phone is very complicated as it is 8ntendwd for seniors. Best Buy staff... were horrible. They had an attitude and were dismissive.

    Advertised to be capable of programing speed dials. Not so. Took it back and got an older version that was speed dial capable.
