I am not happy with this purchase. I was looking for a phone that was easy to use and understand. I was without a working phone for 5 days. I was told it would take a couple of days for it to work. Finally my daughter called the company, but it took a long time on the phone to fix the situation. I still don't have voice mail and have been waiting for days for this to be fixed. I am a senior citizen and this has been a frustrating problem fo me.

I bought this for my Uncle and he couldn't use it. You have to hit ok three times to make a call. I tried taking back within 30 days and they said I only had 2 weeks. Thanks a lot for taking my money.

Great bargain & like the improvements over previous model.

I was told by person who helped me at Best Buy that this phone has speed dial, and it does not. That was the main feature I was looking for to make calling as simple as possible for my grandma. I would have gotten the cheaper trac phone that does have speed dial had I known. I don’t understand how a phone that is marketed to seniors doesn’t have a speed dial.

My flip phone probably could be fine; but, after it was set up , I called my wife to check it out , and the caller ID said "Jim somebody" I've called the Consumer help line 3 times so far with no resolution. This is unacceptable . This phone is, currently, useless to me. Very dissappointed.

I bought this for my Mother and although it is advertised as easy for Seniors it was a nightmare. Sadly Best Buy could do nothing to help set it up for her so we returned it.

Bought this phone for my 95 year old father-in-law. He has poor vision, so the "answer when opened" and speed dial were essential features. Unfortunately, neither feature works. Customer service, after three calls (on hold for nearly 30 minutes each time) finally fixed speed dial. Answer when opened still does not work. Also, the $14.99 plan, after hidden fees etc., is closer to $25. So, phone is crap and customer service is worse.

Phone works great and user likes it. The buttons on the phone are huge.
