The phone is okay but it takes multiple calls to their live team to get anything done. I have called 3 times to have my number transferred over and 7 days later you get the same answer of they do not know why it is not transferring. Then I called to set up my voice mail and they tell you it will be done in one day. Days later and mutable calls (with very long holds) you get nothing.

I couldn't tell you if the phone works or not - i do know that it has been 9 days since we bought it and i have not yet been able to get the number changes over! Very frustrating and the customer service is sorely lacking!

The advertised price was much less than the actual cost.

This phone did not activate in the store, so it was returned. I have no experience with using this phone. This was the third phone with which I had the same experience I spent 45 minutes with a Lively rep. backing out of the service set-up.

This flip phone is a great product for seniors. Easy to use.

Ordered this phone for my mother who is in lockdown at a nursing facility. Promised next day delivery. Took 4 days to get it. Tried to activate and could not. Talked to 4 different technicians and no one could get it to work. Now waiting another 4-5 days for a replacement. Meanwhile my mother is getting more depressed because she can’t talk with family.

Purchased this phone for an elderly mother moving into an Assisted Living Facility with the thought that it would be easy for her to make/receive calls with this phone. Horrible!!....nothing about this phone makes it simple to use for someone who has limited experience with electronic devices.

Bought this for my dad. He hates it. He says the service is horrible.

Bad service from Lively. Would NOT recommend this product, especially for the price up front and the accumulating monthly fees. Unpleasant surprise as to TRUE monthly cost of this device.

Excellent phone for my mother who is hearing impaired.

They sold my phone number I was immediately getting-15-30 spam telephone calls and texts. At 10 cents a text my bill is skyrocketing

Several features on this phone do not work. After 6 phone calls to customer service, they still are not working. This purchase is almost one month olds doing no resolve to my issues.

I purchased this phone for an elderly, legally blind man and he could not use it. It took a couple of steps to answer and he could not read who was calling or his contact list. I completed a survey giving a poor response and someone from Lively called me and made arrangements for the phone to be returned and I was given a full refund. I was very pleased with this result.

Takes a while to get used to compared to other flip phones

Poor quality. Cannot be connected cell tower. Spoke endlessly with customer service. Finally gave up. Will return and find a replacement
