My family having trouble using it. Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Bought it for my mother. Her phone is so old that she was warned that it would soon stop working. The jitterbug flip2 phone itself is ok. The service company still has not transferred her phone number in almost 2 weeks. We're cancelling and returning the jitterbug phone.

Not what expected, ok item works just ok wont buy any

Poor. Had to return. It was for 94 year old. Having to push OK button for almost every action....answer, are a call, etc. The reviews say this. Lively said, they plan to do an update to eliminate that requirement. I was sent the older model that allows the person to hear the caller as soon as the flip open the phone. It is the jitterbug model, not the lively.

i bought this for my 84 year old mother. Don’t waste your money this phone does not have sped dial and don’t answer when you open it. The also charge you a $35.00 activation fee that they don’t tell you about on the box at all. It’s way to hard to set up a iphone would be easier

Was too diificult for my father to learn how to use

We bought one of these phones after hearing they were very easy for senior citizens to use, but even the simplest tasks -- like answering a ringing phone -- can be hard for non-tech-savvy seniors. Senior user regularly silences ringer by accident.

I have had numerous issues with my new phone. Such as red coming on and not knowing what to do about it. Yes a part of it is me and the rest is Greatcall instruction manual.

Does not keep a charge on too difficult for a senior to call out or answer a phone would never recommend this

Supposed to be able to voice text, using built in Alexa. Unable to get it to function for texting. Will give the weather in Alaska, for all the good that does. Have spoken to 4 different customer service agents, no help, still not working.

Purchased this phone for the voice activated calling with Alexis as operator is blind. Had the phone for 2 days and had to do an update. Update fixed phone to answer when you flip it open but the Alexis app to ask lively to call works only 50% of the time. You can have it working then the next call it will not. Very unreliable. Support said there were still doing updates.

I was not informed that this phone could only be connected to theJitterbug service as it was locked and therefore was nit available to take advantage of the free government internet service.

UNABLE TO SET UP EMAIL MESSAGE . HAVE FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS. WITH NO AVAIL. THERE WAS AN ORIGINAL MESSAGE IN MY MAIL. BOX. HOW DO I ERASE IT AND PUT IN ONE THAT IS PERTINENT TO MY NEEDS.

Bought this phone to replace a Jitterbug phone that was lost. Mother has early stage dementia. The steps necessary to make a call from the contacts are very confusing compared with the Jitterbug. Could not make calls to family even with the Alexa. Would not recommend this phone.

It's says that it's easy for seniors. To answer incoming calls fine. BUT to make a call.....to many steps of ok button pushing. At least 6 times before it dials.

It okay I’m use to big phone’s an when I try to make out calls I can’t but I can receive in coming calls.

hard to use; it always says no service on the screen; battery is always running out of power. Returning it Saturday

This. Phone has been returned. This phone is from a low down non respectable company!!!! I would never purchase another phone from Best Buy. The worst phone & the sales does not tell you anything. Dirty & worst experience I have ever had.

Not overly impressed. Three different screens to "ok" to place a call seems a bit much. Got 2 Jitterbugs for mom & dad. Mom has dementia & this phone is proving too hard to handle for her
