Bought it for my mom thought it would be easier for her to make calls but was I wrong asks to many questions before she can make a call. Very disappointed with my phone purchase.

not as easy to use as I was told many people could not figure out how to use very disappointed this phone is supposed to be for seniors

I got billed for service for 09/16to10/16. I didn't buy the phone until 10/17. also, I paid the start-up fee when I purchased the phone and I Just got charged for it.

Poor telephone quit after jut 3 weeks. Had to go to Great Call for replacement

Not user friendly, especially for a senior who is not used to cell phones. It had too many steps to make a simple call.

Phone is limited in features. Service is expensive for coverage received. Cancelled service after 2 weeks.

Spent hours over several weeks on phone just to activate. Pleasant people but no accountability. Phone isn’t even as senior friendly as could be. Lots of hidden costs.

Not what I wanted. Service was more than I wanted. Did not get a refund. I got a store credit.

Device a failure. We were online and on call with Great Call for over an hour. Finally, the phone was declared defective. They will send a new one.

This supposed senior friendly phone is not. I am returning it. My 94 year old dad could not operate it. I had trouble and I have an iPhone.

this lively Flip phone for seniors was delivered on time. However,no serial number was included in the packaging. I am unable to activate my Lively Flip phone. what do I do next?

I love that the phone is small and easy to call and receive calls. Receiving text are great also. texting outward is not so easy but I can call the person back. I can deal with it. Thank you for my red phone.

The phone sucked and the service was not explained properly. Do not recommend jitterbug for seniors too difficult

I purchased this phone for my 85 year old sister. Now, she had a smart phone that was way too smart! This Jitterbug Flip2 Cell Phone does the job! It is compact but the display is big. I like the medical button because it alerts 911 if she has a medical emergency. When I tell you it is easy and simple to use, believe me. The Lively service is great too!!
