Bought for my 94 year old dad. He doesn't need a cell phone often but just the right size when he does. Lightweight, thin and has large numbers.

Do not trust Lively. Their service is inferior to competitors, and they charge you MORE than you should pay. You will make a costly mistake using Lively.

Good choice. Much easier to use than some Tracfones my husband and I tried and had to return. Also the service was good. Very helpful and phone was set up.

Phone was easy to set up. Mom is 88 and needed something simple, this replaced her Smart Phone. Flip phone is less complicated for her to answer.

We bought this phone for my 88 year old father almost a month ago. It didn't work properly so we asked for a replacement. The replacement has the same problem. We can only make one call and then we need to turn the phone off/on to make another. The last rep that I spoke with said there is a problem with the Verizon system that they use. We decided to go back to Consumer Cellular. It's taking 3 days for Livley to port the number back to our Consumer Cellular phone.

I love my lively flip phone;Ihave had flipphones in the past, but not like lively flipphone .I only have one complaint its not loud enough .

Nice, easy phone! I'm getting used to it! Like the size and the speaker is loud enough to hear with hearing aids! Haven't tried photos or Alexa?

Activating was a major hassle, but the biggest issue was that we couldn't get a strong enough signal at our house even though we've used Verizon for years. Phone kept beeping and the screen kept reminding me the phone didn't have a signal. There was no way to turn off the beeping. In actuality I was still able to send and receive calls. GreatCall IT person said there was a glitch in the software that will eventually be fixed. Unless you have a strong signal, do not buy this phone. In addition GreatCall lost my husband's phone number. Returning phone to Best Buy tomorrow.

Great phone for seniors. The number keys are nice and big. Thus, it will prevent other numbers from being touched at the same time!

It's colorful,bigger and just right for us older folks! It has a wide range and appears to have a longer charge. I am very happy with it!

I was very pleased to find the updated jitterbug flip. And red - all previous flips at retail stores came in gray, and always were last years model. Even though it’s not the phone Great Call claims, it is the only phone for seniors in the country. Thank you HD for making the purchase easy, and with good store assistance, and for having it in stock when others quit carrying the jitterbug flip. ST

Absolutely do not recommend. I looked up coverage before i bought and it showed coverage was fine. I set it up and it would not work. I had the servoce for 3 days and my grandfather couldn't use it at all. When i contacted customer service they told me there was nothimg thwy could do and refused to return my money to me. I will NEVER RECCOMENEND them to anyone.
