I love this phone. It is so easy to use and has everything I need without a lot of "frills".

Works as advertised for my elderly father with big buttons. He now has access to the outside world!

I am happy with the phone now that it is working. It did take some considerable time to transfer phone numbers from my Jitterbug I flip which no longer worked properly.

Doing even the simplest tasks like making calls and checking voicemail require multiple key presses. The phone often freezes up. There is no way to delete one entire text string so they build up and freeze the phone. Sometimes texts just don't go through...i can go on...this is a piece of garbage

Bought this phone from lively and there 24$ plan the phone is garbage didn’t work out of the box had to call 3 times after getting the phone then said I was returning it. So I paid 10 for delivery 12 to return it and 10 for restocking on a phone that didn’t work so I’m out 32 dollars and have nothing. Would never recommend this phone

My 100 year old father preferred the Jitterbug flip phone. Like someone else mentioned, it takes 5 or 6 steps to make a call. Also, it doesn’t automatically answer a call when you open it. For someone with limited eyesight it’s a challenge. Trying to get it on his WIFI so we could try the Alexa feature was too frustrating to accomplish (using the keyboard to enter both capital and not letters and changing to numbers was very difficult)

The two ladies that took care of my purchase and transfer of my cell phone number from Verizon were most helpful. Overall they helped make the entire operation possible. The names were Kayla and the other was the supervisor of the mobile phone dept. and I apologize that my 90 year old memory has failed to remember her name!

Easy to use and great for a senior. Just what I needed at this time.

Its a lot of extra screens to get even basic tasks completed. I tried assigning speed dial and it was torturous! The EZ instructions leave out steps so it took me an hour to hunt and peck to find the sequence to add 8 phone numbers and then assign them speed dial locations. My mother's 86. Good luck Mom! You can thank me later! She'll probably write me out of her will.

I love this phone, I am not a technical person and would not even have a phone at all except there are no more payphones. I give it a fair rating because I was mislead by the company about pricing. There is almost an extra $10 tacked onto my monthly bill for hidden fees and charges. This is very hard for people on fixed incomes. I wish I never bought it, but I paid $100 approx for it so I will keep it.
