It is a basic phone. Easy to understand and use. Good for the non techies.

Considering this phone is designed for seniors, it fails in several ways. First the ringtones are terrible, no classic ring.. all piano type tunes. Many seniors have hearing issues and these are not good for them. Earpiece volume could be better. Menu options could be simpified. But ringtones/volume are the biggest issue. Best Buy could not sample any features in store so i gambled and lost.

The Volume Control is where I hold the phone-when I hit it by mistake, the other party can't hear me. Big problem!

Several serious design errors in a phone meant for the elderly. My dad has mild dementia. I bought this for him because he could not use an iPhone but he can not use this phone. You can't answer it by flipping it open. You have to open it and then also press the OK button. Another problem is when making a call using the contacts. You have to scroll to the contact and press OK and then press OK 2 more times. Really? There needs to be a simpler interface or way to modify the interface to meet the needs of a population that has widely differing levels of ability. Very disappointing.

Easy to use just like advertised. Love it. I would buy again.

A great senior phone for some, very simple to use (takes a little getting used to). I would have given it a higher rating except for the fact that it cannot be locked leaving all of your data easilly available for whosoever :-( a good, fast & responsive cust. svc was a plus for me.

This phone solved the one issue my mom had with the old one, sound volume! But the new phone added a feature (problem) that wasn't broken with the old one, you have to push so many buttons to make a call from your contact list that it makes no sense and now mom can't use it without help! Why?

The phone is good but the service was terrible (not from Best Buy, but from the wireless provider- Lively). We couldn't ever get the phone to work correctly because it wasn't interfacing with their wireless provider, Verizon. Awful experience. We moved to an AT&T phone.

worst phone and worst customer service in the industry. Bought as a protective device as well as a cell phone. Won't work, Charges for items not needed as advised. CS doesn't know how to fix. Bad choice.
