Phone was working great for 6 months then one day took it off the charger stand and the main screen was dead. After some research I found this is a common issue with this phone - something to do with the hinge. Will never buy again.

THE KEYS ARE HARD TO PUSH & THE DIRACTIONS NEED EAISER READING.

Have not used it very much but from what I can tell it will meet my needs.

Service was one call in or out then phone was unable to make or receive call. Returned and dropped service. If service worked, the phone was good for what I was looking for.

The phone itself is fairly easy to use. However, the spam calls and texts are astronomical! Are they targeting the elderly (who are more likely to purchase this phone) on purpose?

Husband did not like it at all couldn’t get it to work for him Was not able to return it because to late to do it . Tha store said I had to January 17 to return it did not get it connect to lively until January 20 now have phone I can’t use

If you have never owned a cell phone and only wanted one to make calls this phone would be ok; however, if you have ever used a smart phone, DONT purchase this phone.

The coverage area isn't always adequate in some locations.

I just wish the ok button was green for my 86 year old dad.

Bought a Jitterbug 1/04/22 with the idea that at 86 we could use it mostly to use as a way to get help or contact our kids to let them know we are ok. Our camp was one of the main locations. All cell phones will at camp but the Jitterbug would not. Very disappointed. What can we do?

Dismal customer service, over 25 minutes hold times (i hung up after I hit 25 minutes)

My mother in law loves the phone. I wanted to have the bill sent to her, but the clerk set up payments on my checking account. I got little acknowledgement from the clerk when telling her my wishes.

This phone is perfect for my 84 year old mom. She was very apprehensive about having to get a new phone since she is technologically challenged, but she is able to use this phone with ease.

This phone is a nightmare for an older person. With my mom's old flip phone, you simply opened it and the call was connected. With this Lively phone, she has to hunt for the "OK" button, then press it. That's easy for a younger person, but next to impossible for an older one while the thing is ringing and she's panicking. And Lively advertises this for old people! Did anyone at Lively test this design with seniors? It sure doesn't seem like it. I spent an hour on my phone getting it activated and getting her old number ported onto it. Then the fun began, calling her again and again and getting no answer, and having to drive to her place over and over trying to teach her to use it. Bottom line: two hundred bucks down the drain and a weekend lost. What a lousy product!

I bought this phone for a 95 year old that has vision issues and has never had a cell phone. He thinks this will help him a lot and he now has a Urgent Response !

Had to be sent a new phone from Lively, because phone bought from Best Buy did not work properly. From time of purchase, to receiving new phone, it took two weeks to be set up with my new phone.

Best Buy excellent.This phone not easy for seniors.hard to set up,difficult to use....they eliminated the easy one.
