Easy to use for seniors. I wish there was a way to shut off texts for the phone, as many elderly don’t text, and the junk texts become an annoyance for them. I still would by it again.

It's great for me. I'd love to be able to handle a smart phone , but at 86 y/o, I must admit it's beyond me. I don't have the patience to deal with one. I use this one primarily when I'm travelling; so don't need a mobile often, but when I do, I'm happy to have this one.

This phone was purchased for a family member (parent) who needed just a basic phone for calls and texts. This was a perfect option.
