Fair. Volume issue. The senior for whom it was purchased could not hear the callers, even with her hearing aids in.

Bought this phone for my 94 year old dad. He had trouble with his previous smart phone and this works great for him! He’s able to maneuver around easily with the bigger buttons etc.

Simple easy phone for my 82 yr old mom. I really like the emergency button available

Love the phone. I got it for my Mother -in-law who just needs to make calls and text. It is easy for her to use. Some times she can't hear the ringer even though it is on high. Just the user not the phone. She is having some issues with the call going through. Not sure if it is user error or phone. I will check

Bought for my sister in a living facility in North Dakota so personally I’m just paying for it! But, so far so good , she’s calling me.......20 times a day lol ;) so it’s working foe her!

Wonderful for my great grandpa! He loves it! he needed something just to have on him everywhere he goes because he’s very elderly

I did not buy a Flip Phone, I bought the Smart 4, I Phone.

Seniors with special needs like the flip phone - it is easier to use the seems have good sound, etc.

This is a good flip phone with large buttons for a person not very good with a phone.

The Jitterbug flip phone is great for my 95-year-old mom. Simple and easy to use with a really good battery. Recommend to anyone.
