Just what I needed! Easy to use, not confusing, and pretty cute!

Okay flip phone, pricey but no problems except in the store taking nearly 2 hours to get it working

Easy to understand and use. Display quality is very good.

I purchased this phone for my mother who has Alzheimers. She had been a GreatCall customer for a couple years and I'm assuming Lively bought the company. This is a simple phone to use. My only complaint is that the features changed slightly from the previous GreatCall phone which she was very used to so that has caused her problems. We have had the phone for two weeks now and she still requires help placing a call.

Purchased for my mother, who is 95, to have in case of emergency, like if power goes out. Love the color, easy to find, & seems easy to use.

While there are large buttons for dialing out, we were unable to increase the font to see the incoming phone numbers.

I thought it would be easy to transfer my phone # to this new phone but I'm so glad I went to the Best Buy store as it was complicated. I also had trouble with the voice mail and had to have the phone programed again and learned a new way to use this venture in order to have it work. I do not use more features yet as I have had it a short time so hope I will not have more problems.
