Easy to use, sending texts for the first time, growing to LOVE Alexa's assistance in phone numbers, addresses, business hours, ect. Wish I'd have switched years ago.

The sales person wasn’t sure about the price, but got the store manager involved. The low price was correct. After that the sales person did an excellent job. We were pleased with how our experience when.

Needed a basic talk and text only phone for someone. This one is one of the few out there, but it's really good. Easy to use, easy to see. Works well for the purpose.

It is all I need..easy to use for what little I do (talk/text) and a few pictured. I haven't hooked upAlexa yet, but that will be a convenience, On my wish list is better quality photos.

Bought this thinking it would be an upgrade from the Jitterbug Flip Phone that my mother-in-law was using. The phone looks a lot like the Jitterbug, but this Lively Flip has a more complicated user experience - extra menus to navigate to answer or place phone calls. This added a new learning curve which frustrated a 94-year-old. Once connected, the clarity is good. Also, the charge cord of the new model is very short - difficult to place the charge stand on the end tables we want it on, as the cord won't reach from the nearest outlet.

I bought two Jitterbug2 phones. No one checked to see if there was service in my area. Both phones were returned and replaced by Jitterbug 1 phones. They weren't able to receive signals in my area. Again, because no one at Best Buy checked. Those phones will be returned, and my money refunded (I hope). I just renewed service on my two TracFones.

The texting is very difficult for an elderly person

This phone works for a senior person. It is easy to use the numbers are easy to read. I am enjoying it because I am able to hear on it the volume is great.

We bought this phone for grandpa. It has a bigger keypad than his previous phone. The print is black on white which makes it so much easier for him to see with his severe glaucoma.

Easy to use phone for elderly and disabled. Only issue is charger is very short how can i get longer one. It is being used by resident in nursing home amd outlets are imited

Needed to upgrade my jitterbug phone and this just happened to be on sale. Double win. I am a huge fan of jitterbug and would recommend for any senior who isn’t tech savvy. This phone is easy to operate

Very simplified and less confusing for non tech minded seniors. Large display, large clearly labeled buttons. So much easier for my mom to use.

excellent phone for mama and papa! This is all they wanted. Nothing to hard to figure out. Just something they can use for safety. We got the red one so its easier to find.

Phone works as it should. Disappointed that in fine print it states a activation fee after purchase. Didn’t realize this when buying. Also wish phone had a speed dial function. It states in manual that is does but actually doesn’t. Monthly charges are Acceptable and manageable for cost. Hope emergency feature actually works if it is ever needed. Won’t know until I need it I guess

Just what we needed for elderly parent, but could be simpler to use. For example, should have an option to answer by just opening the flip phone. Also, should have customizable one-touch dialing for favorite contacts.

I purchased this phone for my father. The phone & plan were both very affordable, and he finds the phone easy to use.

This phone has a few more features than its predecessor so there's a bit of a learning curve. But for those who don't like tech much, it's a good phone which does the basics. This phone is used mostly for texting and it's good for that. One caveat is that it doesn't seem to save more than one photo per text. So if you get more than one photo in a text and want to save them to the phone, you'd need to ask the sender to send them again, one per text at a time. That's a pain. But the rest seems ok so far.
