I wish it was just one step for dialing out, without the scrolling to phone. Scrolling is fine for the rest of the features, texting photos and the web.

Basic service - Good for 90-year-old woman. It is a basic flip phone with features designed by a young person anticipating what an old person would want.

i love it! simple, yet capable of easy texts, phonemail, id caller and block numbers. i don't need internet. contacts list is also easy to set up.

Bought for a senior friend who is hard of hearing and has poor eyesight. Very easy to operate and she can hear it ring and hear people talk through this phone. I highly recommend it.

My 81 year old mother loves her new Lively phone. Her fingers don’t work well so she finds it much easier to tell Alexa to call someone! It’s an affordable option for phone service!

Bought for my father. It's like going back in time, but this phone suits his needs, which is just to have a phone to use when he's out of the house.

Extremely difficult to get all the functionality set up but support was helpful and he features (once setup) are awesome! I purchased two for each of my parents and it has proved peace of mind for their safety.

I got this for my mom & she likes the phone & the plans. But she’s having difficulties getting her contacts entered & just some minor issues. She’s not tech-savvy so it’s a little frustrating for her; we’re helping her :-)

I was using an old model Alcatel phone and my wife and I decided we would check out the flip phones. We went to best buy since we had made several purchases there and never been disappointed. I have Geek Squad membership and highly recommend it. I was not really familiar with any of the flip phones on the market but I had seen the Best Buy ads. They were offering a nice discount. The service and instructions we received from the knowledgeable and helpful young man was out

Bought them for my wife and she loves the phone, easy to use and has all the things she needs for talk and text only.

Easy buy. Had a little trouble transferring the phone number over but it got worked out fine. Easy phone for my Senior Mom to use.

We purchased this for my father-in-law. It is not as easy to use as the flip phone he used from T-Mobile. He's technically challenged and this phone has too many steps for him to remember. Does not make sense why a call will not answer when he flips open the phone.

I bought this phone for my mother in law. When I tried to activate it, I was unable to. Said it would work anywhere, well it doesn’t work in Muskogee Oklahoma.

We got the Lively Jitterbug Flip2 Cell Phone for a Senior friend of ours. The price is right, service is reasonable and it's red, her favorite color.
