Great phone for anyone age 60 or over that does not want to use a smart phone. I got this for my 88 year old dad and he loves it.

Perfect phone for my mother-in-law who just turned 90 years old. It is easy for her to use the phone.

This phone is much easier for my elderly parent to use. We can now have actual conversations due to the improved audio performance as compared to the previous phone. There was a minor issue getting the number ported, but it was resolved within 24 hours.

Bought for my 80+ year old father. No frills easy to use phone that he keeps handy for emergencies.

love it except i get lots of strange calls wanting to put a charge on my phone. yesterday was thousand dollars on amazon..........

This phone is not very user friendly for the visually impaired. From the buttons to telling it to call is the dumbest way to use a phone. "Alexa, tell lively to call" is not convenient for those that may not even use Alexa. Also if you cancel service or port your number to another carrier better do it 10 days before the due date or they will take your money and you will not get a refund unless you fight for it

This flip cell phone I purchased for my elderly mom and ti this day she is stillearning how to work her cell phone. But I feel a bit assured know my mom can call family and visit during this pandemic hapening.

This would be a very nice product except the buttons are so hard to press down I can hardly do it. A good electronic keyboard lets you choose a touch, anywhere from light to heavy. This has no such choice. I have 7 house phones, and also 7 remote controls for various pieces of equipment, and they are all much easier to use than this. I would not have bought it had I known the keys were so stiff.

It's neat! The sound is terrific and it never gets in your way. The speaker program is awesome and I'm crazy about mine!

I got this phone for my 91-year-old mother for two reasons. ease of use and alert button. hope she doesn't need it but it is there.

Works well for grandpa. He seems happy and it’s not confusing for him. Bonus for it being red so it’s harder to lose.

Purchase was for someone in a nursing home that was having trouble with a typical cell phone. Worked perfectly he can use it with no problem and it has just enough extras.

So far so good for an 82 year old man, it's like he's a teenager, constantly calling family now. Although to hang up the phone, you push a button labeled back. Having an End button to push would have been so much easier to explain to him.

Surprisingly better than expected! For $30/month including tax you get 500 minutes and texts. It is easy to use and has Alexa for some basic functions.

I bought this for my visually impaired grandmother, thinking the Alexa voice commands would be good for her. It would have been great for myself, but it was not good for her. We ended up contacting their service and they recommended replacing it with original Flip 1 version. We did that and the voice commands were simpler to use and it was all around much easier for her. This version has more features than the Flip 1, and would be good for someone with good vision, but is more difficult to use with visual impairments.
