My mom is 93 years old and this phone has made it easier on her foe ALL of her calling needs!

I don't use a cell phone very often so I really like the very low price. I've asked for help at your store quite often. The person was very easy to "work" with and help me.

I bought for a gift. I liked the ease of use and bigger numbers for the person I got it for, and the 5 star emergency service is a great feature.

I can't get myself all worked up over a telephone. The buttons are big, so you don't need fairy fingers. If you really want a cell phone without the bells and whistles, it's alright.

Very difficult to set up if your requesting to keep your phone number we had a Verizon phone so had to get release number for phone.the phone was the identical phone from Verizon which they charged $179.00 for phone. When calling to set phone up they save your place in line and will call you back I was 4th in line at 10 am callback was 6 pm glad I didn’t wait the 15 minutes on the line

The phone is not used every day but is very handy when needed. Small size makes it easy to carry

I purchased this 8 days ago and still the activation process is incomplete. Please tell me why two carriers can’t follow thru. I have submitted all the codes and pins as instructed.

Not as easy to use as it's advertising would tell you. You have to go thru several "yes" to get to contacts. For a user who is nearly blind, the buttons are not raised at all. And the volume buttons are located right where you hold the phone.

Purchased for an elderly man and he loves it, easy to use, which he had problems with other phone.

Bought for my 95 year old mother who has limited ability to use new technology. Easy to use basic functions. Love the cradle phone charger.

Quality is good. Love that everything on keypad is big and easy to use. Bought it for my dad and he struggled to understand it being that it takes to many steps to make just one call.

I think the phone is hard to use. I don't like the way it appears on the screen saying I have 23 missed calls & I don't know how to delete them. The red light on the outside of phone should blink telling me that I have a new message so I would check it. The ring tone is on the left side and it 's right where I hold it to talk on the phone.I'm always turning the volume down not knowing it. My daughter will send me an email telling me to answer my phone. I check my volume & sure enough I've turned it down again.

Real easy to use my senior house mate had trouble with a smart hone. This one he really likes and found it easy to use.

My wife and I both bought a Jitterbug Flip2 cell phone and really like it. Has good reception and is easy to use (we are in our 70's). I only wish the charge cord was a little longer, its pretty short.

Ourchased this for my grandmother. Shes 92 and was able to understand how it works.

My wife was looking for phone for her mother and the person she was dealing with got her set up and it is working great.

A good buy for old folks. Would be nice if something like G Mail were available. This could match up to desk top computer. Soft ware is reasonably intuitive. So far So good.
