Hidden fees

There is an activation fee, connect fee, and if you want voice mail there was a fee. The agents from the company are off shore and difficult to even understand them trying to explain all the packages and fees, I returned it before I left the parking lot.

Rudimentary

It lacks in basic customization as to key pad sounds. Key pad sound is able to be muted but always defaults back to sound even though key pad sounds are muted. Power on, power off sounds are not able to be muted. This is the only phone that I have been able to find with larger than normal keys. Still not the simplest phone for some seniors to use. Most seniors are use to having a small phone/address book with them. Would be nice to have a phone that calls and receives only. Zero menu available to confuse or distract the mind of some seniors. Overall this phone is as advertised. We are using it with minutes plan only. No extras.
