The phone is a simple, basic phone with big butons for seniors that only need to talk (primarily) and text (occassionally). After being assured that Best buy would move the contacts from the old phone (Samsusung 10 Android) to the new phone, the Best buy rep expoerted all the contacts to a SD card - and charged me for it - and then after 10 minutes, said there were too many contacts and that we would have to move them manually without providing any instructions. Once we tried there was no way to access the SD card in the Lively phone and were told that they have to be manually input.
Bottom line line - decent phone for seniors but Best buy "total Tech" is a joke and doesn't deliver what they promise - is that fraud?

Phone arrived very quickly (within 2 days). Looks very nice and buttons are very large and easy to see/read. For the most part, device is easier to use than other similar flip phones. Have not yet used camera so cannot rate.

Phone was purchased for dementia client. Works as advertised. We had very little trouble getting her to use and answer calls. We have not tried camera function. Love that there is no WiFi or apps for safety reasons.

Got this phone for an elderly family member, had some issues with getting the phone to accept and receive calls but after a quick call to Lively they were able to help with that. Since then we have not had any issuse, seems to be a good emergency phone for those that dont want a life alert button.

Bought this for my 85 year old mother in law. Her eyesight is poor. This phone suits her very well. We programmed the numbers for quick dial and she is now able to have regular phone conversations with family. Definitely recommend.

I really haven't had the chance to really get into all of the features, but so far, it appears to be just "my cup of tea". Just what this "ole foggy" was looking for!

Bought it for my mother and the larger buttons are a big plus. I don't like that the screen goes dark after a couple of minutes (I was told by a rep that I talk to on the phone that it does that to save the battery, but it's annoying). It's user friendly, but even though we have Verizon, our signal is never at a decent/normal level.

I bought this phone for my wife as she is having trouble remembering how to use a smart phone. It's simple, easy to read and operate and I also activated the emergency "Star" help button that she can push to get help in a crisis, even if I'm not nearby.

I got this for my husband who has severe visual problems. Although he wished the numbers, etc., were a little larger, he is pleased with the phone and has found it easy to use.

Newer Jitterbug is improved in keys visibility. It was simple to transfer from my old settings onto the new device. Best Buy gave me the Lively Customer Service number and preliminary do’s and don’t’s. It took just minutes and the Jitterbug rep stayed on with me to answer any questions

The Jitterbug Flip2 cell phone is a true investment. I purchased for my parents who are 92 and 93 years old. When they lose power in their home, we are able to keep in touch. Not complicated to use at all. They love the favorites and shortcut features. Thank you Lively Jitterbug

Works fine -is a replacement for an older FLIP2 that the internal battery charge circuitry failed and phone would get hot.
I ordered two since wife said she wanted one with same phone number - talked a a person at Lively who apparently did not understand me or I did not understand her -but when doing the activation -was told it could not be done.
It has a zillion new "features"

Third jitterbug phone I’ve had. It’s easy to carry and sufficient for my needs. The ringer could be louder however. I was told I couldn’t buy a replacement battery which I felt was a screw!
