Best buy disappointment

I decided to change the transactiin from a flip phone to a smart phone. He said he cancelled the transaction. Found they were out of smart phones so we started the flip phone transaction again. Long story short he did not cancel first procedure and i ended getting billed for two phones with two different numbers.numerous calls to mastercard and lively to figure the entire mistake out. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am sure it is a good product, although after activating through a call to "Lively" and waiting 20 or more minutes to connect with a representative for more than one time in the process, I grew frustrated with the whole procedure required to use the cell phone, and decided to return the cell phone.
