Functions don't 100% work...my notifications won't "ring/tone" and if I don't check the phone, I never know if I get a text or not. This is the 2nd one I have had...the first one just stopped working one day. And the camera is HORRIBLE

Not as Great as I'd Hoped

And when I call my mom she can hear me but I can't hear her. It will take a lot of my time to figure out if the issue is with Great Call or Verizon, because nobody else but me has this issue.

She is so proud of her phone. We are doing everything slowly so she can learn as much as possible about the phone. Sometimes she wonders off and we wanted the red button so someone could help her find her way home. She has limited speaking abilities. This is the perfect purchases for her.
