Not very senior friendly.

You can port your own phone number to this, but you can't use it on any other network except it's own Great Call Network. Surprisingly this phone is NOT senior friendly. It takes 4-5 steps to make a call from your contacts list. Contacts need to be put in manually or online from your Lively account. This was a very tedious process. Even to answer a call, you have to push the "ok" button after opening it. There might be a setting to answer a call just by opening it, but I didn't find it. The emergency button is to easy to hit by accident. I called 911 by accident trying to get the phone set up for mt dad. Thankfully I was able to cancel call before it connected. I did like the display screen on the outside of the phone, and the large number keys on the dial pad.

Many problems getting started. The 1st phone was defective, replaced a week later. It took 2 weeks with the transfer from Verizon. It took 1.5 hours with a tech to reprogram and add voice mail. The phone rings 8 times before going into VM. Phone will not pair with 2016 Kia

GreatCall decided to send another flip phone already set-up! I will return the present phone to them! As far as Best Buy, the employees were very helpful. I purchased the flip phone on 1/19/21
