Don't buy this service they cheat you on the billing and add fees and they lie to you I just canceled them out

could not get amazon customer service and geek squad both tried ,with no success, h ad to return the phone ,very disappointed !!

Works well. Not a lot of extras but that’s the point.

I love how easy it is to buy online and they bring it to my car. My dad broke his easy to use phone right before Christmas and I was able to quickly pick up another one so he could talk to his family on Christmas.

This is a nice product that was purchased for a friend because het old phone was outdated. The numbers are nice and vig for her to look at and she adapted quickly to using the phone. I would recommend this phone to a friend. Thank you

Decent phone, big buttons, just not as user friendly as we need. Was hoping for simple but got a lot of unnecessary crap that goes along with it, but there weren't a lot of options for seniors

my father sat on his and broke the screen and had to replace his phone. the company lively was easy to work with and it to mins.to switch everything over to the new phone.

Bought this to replace an older flip phone. The other phone has a lousy speaker which makes it hard to hear. This phone truly has a speaker designed for older users. The entire phone has been designed for older users, which is great.

Great flip phone for someone that needs just basic calls. Still has great features like camers, speed dial , clear voice & good memory . Love the cradle charger,

I'm hoping I will get to like this phone. Setting it up should be no problem, but when I try to post contacts, I put everything in & press Save. Then when I go back into contacts, some of them that I already saved aren't even in my list. I do not understand. Who wants to keep posting something over & over again? If it keeps happening, sadly I will have to return this phone. And, I can't even call Best Buy & speak with the tech that helped me. If I call I have to speak to someone at Best Buy's distribution center.

We purchased this for my father and he loves it. He really likes the alexa features which tells him which of his favorite teams are playing.

The young man who waited on us knew where to find just what we need and then helped up with our purchase. (now I have forgotten much of what he said, but I will review it in the materials that came with the phone.)

I purchased this phone for my Brother. He already had this phone, it was actually an up-grade. He is slightly vision impaired, so he is still getting used to using it. A little different than what he previously had.

Great phone for seniors who don't want an overly complicated product. Volume control is nice for those with hearing issues. Be sure to lock the ring volume. Ring volume can be accidentally lowered by user.
