This is a great phone for older person who only makes calls and needs no internet.

I had to get a replacement phone because there was something wrong with receiving texts and getting voicemail notifications. I had to pay for the shipping to have the defective phone replaced even if it was not caused by me. Replacement phone works perfectly.

Very similar to the Jitterbug version but the Home Screen and options are still difficult to use for a senior who has dementia.

Not good for seniors. You have to push to many buttons to do anything. You must push OK after every selection and push OK just to answer the phone. It takes 5 steps just to make a phone call.

Never was able to figure it all out for my father. He did not grasp the options well. Could be simplier.

Love my red Lively Flip 2...... It is reliable, buttons are easy to read and the camera is easy to operate. Well done!

great item, I got his for my elderly Mom she loves it as it can be hooked up with Alexa to be used as a voice operated phone.

This phone is compact, fits easily in the your pocket, and is easy to use for voice calls and text messages. It is a flip phone which prevents butt dialing. It is ideal for the user who does not require access to the internet. The Amazon Alexa feature provides quick answers to an infinite number of questions. It also has a built-in camera and some voice activated functions. The price is reasonable.

Thought this phone would be easy for my mother but unfortunately there are so many steps to everything on the phone. Then uou have to push ok, and ok again. My mother cannot work it had to write her numbers on paper so she can dial them. She had a consumer cellular phone and tried to switch back but wouldn't let her keep old phone. My mom is homebound and now does not have her only way of connecting with her friends.

Anyone buying this phone for a senior knows the issues it needs to overcome. This phone takes relearning to it’s basic level. Love it!

Got phone for my 84 yr old mother bc she can't get the hang of touch screen phones.

Works great for my 90 yr old mother. Tried an IPhone for her, just too much for her. This has Verizon coverage so it should work fine

The phone is fine. I was inadvertently sent 2 phones when I ordered only 1. The second phone was sent back to you several days ago.

It's a telephone. One can call and receive voice communications. I don't use any other feature

I purchased this for my husband who will only use a flip phone. He loves it! Works well for his needs .

I bought this phone for my elderly father. Dependable and reliable. The emergency alert works excellent.

SO far I like the phone ,but I been so busy I had not finish programing the phone yet !!!
