Seriously not user friendly for the elderly! Just buy an iPhone!

I purchased this phone for my 85 year old sister. Now, she had a smart phone that was way too smart! This Jitterbug Flip2 Cell Phone does the job! It is compact but the display is big. I like the medical button because it alerts 911 if she has a medical emergency. When I tell you it is easy and simple to use, believe me. The Lively service is great too!!

Phone would NOT connect & activate!! Lively is sending a replacement!

Takes too long to text. Would like a keyboard. Set up contacts. Lost them?

Would NOT recommend this phone. Very difficult to just dial a phone number.

do not get stay away 3 g and 4 g is going away so this is a waist

I bought this for my brother who has dementia. He can operate it just fine but I had to set it up for him and put the numbers in. It was not difficult at all. I think this is a great phone for someone who does not want a great deal of technology! My brother likes it and it gives me peace of mind because it has an emergency button on it if he should fall or get lost. I am very grateful for the design of this little phone.

The phone is great. Easy for my father to use. Volume is loud enough for him to hear and numbers are large enough for him to see. The red case makes it easy to find and the charger is easy with no plugging cords in the phone. The camera has not been used. The sales clerk was very helpful answering our questions. Would recommend product to anyone who needs a simple phone.

Price is high to not be a smart phone thought is was a regular phone its for senior citizens mote like a emergency

seems to be a good product for the purpose. I bought it for an emergency back-up for our landline, or for emergencies on the road. It's fairly easy to figure out and use. I had a tracfone earlier for several years. After numerous hassles with service/customer reps; which ultimately resulted in my losing almost 4000 mins., I said no more. Lively is a little more expensive; but communication seems better for customers-time will tell.

This is a great phone for my dad. It’s simple and easy to use. He can see it well and most importantly he can hear well on it with his hearing aids. We don’t use the medical part yet but it makes me feel better that we can. The price for the phone as well as the monthly plan is very reasonable.

I will review it when I Get IT! Must be lost in Kentucky.

Good little phone for older people, easy to use and large clear buttons

The clerk was super nice. My husband is in a care center and we are working with him on using it. The sound is very good and the product is "tough" which is helpful in Jim's situation as it receives harsh use. The numbers show up nicely. All in all we are glad to have made the purchase. Thank you.

This flip phone is one my 81 yr old father can understand. I had one from Verizon, and he just couldn't figure out how to use it. Too many options maybe? This is simple. It is also heavier and fits his hand better
