There were too many options and it was near impossible to get ahold of her. We thought the jitterbug and she absolutely loves it and we love that she loves it! 10/10 from us.

Not as simple as it could be
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone for my 90 year old aunt. It is easy for her to open to answer and close to hang up. The keypad could be a little bigger but if she is careful, she can push buttons to make a call. Seniors don't need all the bells and whistles, it gets too confusing for her Also, she has difficulty finding the correct place to hold the phone so she can hear and be heard. The volume controls need to be visible and marked
