Works great likea any other flip phone. The speaker phone function could be improved.

This phone fits easily in a pocket or in the cupholder of a walker. The volume can be turned up to be loud enough so my hard-of-hearing mom can hear it if she's left it in another room. So far it's been very easy for her to use.

So far we are happy with the pbone. It was purchased for my elderly mother.

My Mom decided that this little phone, would remain her "go-to" communication device. This is the Lively unit (an upgraded version however) form factor she started with and then after attempting to learn the "Smart" Phone line, returned happily ever after to this little trouper of a phone. It has great features, is easy to use and takes a fall like a champ!

The purchase and set up process were easy enough. I was told they could get it set up in store but then at checkout, I was told they cannot do that. I may have had a new employee but still frustrating to be told one thing and then find out something different.

Nice help with setup- only thing not happy with is that you have to go in three times to delete a contact - like the new texting feature too!

Super easy to use and set up. Had to replace a previous device which was lost, and with the cloud backup all of the contacts were there when the service was activated

This phone is best for seniors who really only want to make and receive calls. Contacts have to be entered manually using the old style telephone keypad. That is, tabbing through a number and then up to 3 letters to get to each desired letter. Texts have to be entered the same way. It is OK for receiving texts. The included charging station is hard to line up with the phone so that it actually charges. There is a standard port on the side of the phone that works much better.

So far so good. We had no issues. My 80 year old dad s using it.

I am finding this phone easy to use. It is just what I wanted. I can receive texts and do my on line banking.

This would be a great phone for Seniors or anyone wanting a simple phone BUT its missing one key feature. The Lively flip, the newest model as of today with the light gray keyboard Dec. 2020, does NOT have speed dial. My senior is legally blind and i usually program my number where all they should have to do is press and hold #5 or #5 and send because the #5 has a raised dot and easy to find. with this phone now it is a five step process just to make a call, Very confusing. Also the the Flashlight and magnifier do not work together and are also hard to navigate to. the flashlight should have a dedicated button. Otherwise the phone is a good size ,Display is good and the keyboard is much better then the previous black keyboard. The ringer and volume could be louder. As much as i wanna like this phone i can Not recommend the lively flip at this time because of the missing one key feature, No Speed Dial. Be careful, the ads tend to hype this phone to be more than what it is.

I purchased this phone for my mother who had a difficult time operating her previous phone and the Jitterbug is much easier for her to operate.

Simple easy flip phone for my 80 year old mother. Was disappointed that you have to subscribe to an extra service to use the emergency button.

I bought this phone for my elderly mother. It is simple to use and small. She doesn't really use a cell phone, but I notice she carrys it when I take her out.
