Once again, my purchase of my new jitterbug flip phone was a very excellent experience. The sales associate who helped me was more than outstanding and very helpful throughout the process. I couldn't have done the startup of my phone on my own. My first time, He helped me through the whole process and made me feel more confident when it came to use my new phone. This has nothing to,do,with Best Buy it’s solely lively. Worst customer service possible. Got this for my mom it is not that easy to do. An actual cell phone would be easier but due to there dexterity this one was supposed to be easier. Once you became a customer, the customer service was non existent. Had phone for 48hrs and got rid of it. I used my actual phone and the jitterbug phone at same time to get a hold of customer service after total time 1.5 hrs on 2 separate occasions they picked up on my personal phone never on the jitterbug phone. So if my mother called them from the actual phone for something she’d never get a hold of them…or at least it would be hours. Shame on them. Unreal awful.

It was exactly what I was looking for. My mom who has lost her hearing and some of vision, I like to keep up with her during the day while I’m at work. This allows her to call me and see all the numbers. Also screen is very clear. The phone is easy to use and I there is an emergency button she can use

I bought this for my mom. It's easy to use especially for seniors. I love that it has features that keep seniors safe if they need help both at home and on the road.

Works great my son love the feeling of 2001 he enjoys the swift close of the phone when hanging up on me

Great phone for the price and monthly fee. i got one for my wife who doesn't need any features other than being able to make a call when necessary. Battery life is not a concern because the phone is only used rarely.

For my father-in-law. He is still trying to hold on to the old simple days. I think Best Buy now owns Jitterbug and the concept makes sense - but not sure if they are any simpler.

Overall great phone would suggest it . Reasonable pricing.

Bought this for my brother with disabilities. He needed the buttons to push to dial, but the phone is still really challenging for someone with fine motor challenges.

Good phone for older people who don't need the bells and whistles.

This is a great 'security' phone to always have in my purse for emergencies; fits easily in my jacket pocket; Lively makes it very easy to use for both texting and phone calls.

My mother converted to the Jitterbug flip phone after she could no longer manage the Jitterbug smartphone. It's been a delight for herto connect again with others.

I bought this phone for my 94 year old mother as a replacement for a Cricket phone that she has struggled with. She had the Jitterbug flip phone years ago and had other phones since, but this was her favorite. There is a You Tube video of a review of this phone that is also very helpful. The best features are that it is easy to navigate and it's easy to find the speaker button. With older hands that have trouble with small buttons, this phone solve this issue.

The buttons are big enough to read, and they function easily so far they all work and the screen is ever good enough for you to see it. And it works well for the Price

There were no promotions when I bought my Jitterbug cell phone. When my friend bought his Jitterbug he got a great price.

Although advertised for seniors and certainly simpler than “smart” phones, this phone is still not simple to set up and use.

Very easy for my 75 year old mother to use. No buttons to push to answer. Just “flip” open and say hello.

My husband can't operate a smart phone. This is perfect for him. He is 82 and has dementia. I searched a long time for a phone that would fit his needs. Perfect.
