Bought for my sister in a living facility in North Dakota so personally I’m just paying for it! But, so far so good , she’s calling me.......20 times a day lol ;) so it’s working foe her!

This is a good flip phone with large buttons for a person not very good with a phone.

Bought this phone for my 94 year old dad. He had trouble with his previous smart phone and this works great for him! He’s able to maneuver around easily with the bigger buttons etc.

This phone works well for my 83 year old mother. It has large buttons and easy to charge. If you use speed dial, you do have to hold the button down for a bit for it to call the number.

For my 95 year old husband this is the phone that he feels calling/answering is no nonsense and everything he needs is right on screen.

For a product marketed to older people, it is EXTREMELY more complicated to use than it should be. Far too many steps to make for basic functions of making phone calls or texting. Also, it is difficult to read the screens. Most older people have vision problems and this phone is totally unfriendly in that regard as well. Basically this is a useless item if you need it for 1) an older person who is not adept at learning new processes or has ANY, even slight, cognitive impairment; 2) has any impaired vision; 3) very used to using a typical cell phone already. Do not recommend!
