Lively flip phone for seniors

She had been a GreatCall customer for a couple years and I'm assuming Lively bought the company. This is a simple phone to use. My only complaint is that the features changed slightly from the previous GreatCall phone which she was very used to so that has caused her problems. We have had the phone for two weeks now and she still requires help placing a call.
