Get Help Programming The Phone

I also had trouble with the voice mail and had to have the phone programed again and learned a new way to use this venture in order to have it work. I do not use more features yet as I have had it a short time so hope I will not have more problems.

If you want simple, this phone is perfect!

The buttons are larger and display is easy to read. My father-in-law has been using this phone for a year now and absolutely loves it. The speaker phone feature seems to work better than their iPhone. Lively customer service has been fantastic as well. Highly recommend.

I wish they were user and programmers friendly

I have spent hrs trying to teach both my elderly parents how to use a smart phone & I thought the flip phone would be easier for them, & it is to a certain extent. I have tried to program the speed dail features on my dad's phone and it still has not configured. I really don't understand why. So I am gonna have to call customer support again. I would think the process of activating the phones and programing would be straight forward and easy. But its really not. I am glad they both can dial out but my folks have to enter in the full number every time. If you wanna get this for convenience for you and your elderly parents I do not recommend. It will take a long till your done
