It worked great and gave us the piece of mind knowing it was protecting her. She passed away in June of this year and the company Lively even waived all charges for the month that she passed away. Great Phone Great Company

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.phone stopped making outgoing (and probably incoming) calls. messed with it for 90 minutes, got it eorking, gave back to primary user and it stopped again. in desperation called help line and was advised phine needed an update to fix "call not sent" error message. downloading took about 15 minutes. seems to work, but no notification that update was available
