Easy to read instructions. Simple to use. For old men and women. Generations X, Y and Z would find it lacking.

I was told voice texting was included automatically but I am still having trouble accessing it ! Not happy !

Flip phones are not what they used to be. Most of them today get terrible reviews. So far, I am satisfied with the Jitterbug. Battery life is good, calls are easy to make, and the sound is good. I lost my Gen3 service, so I had to get a new phone. Transferring my old number was relatively easy. One thing I don't like, with Call History, inbound and outbound are lumped together, and you have either to delete them all, or keep them all. This is terrible!

Exactly what my Daddy wanted. Perfect for seniors who only want a phone for calling and receiving calls.

Mom loved the phone. She is old school only ise phone and text, not interested to use internet.

Absolutely horrible. Purchased this for my elderly mother with the understanding from the Best Buy associate that it was unlocked. When I found out at home I needed to go through the Jitterbug service I begrudgingly obliged. The phone is such a piece of crap though that when customer service made me basically take it apart to make it “work better”, it just just crumbled in pieces enough that I had to throw it in the trash and eat the cost. Do not buy this phone.

The phone work great for my mom. It is what my mom need it.

The phone is fine, but working with Lively to do the phone set up is not pleasant. When I asked questions she talked over me and seemed irritated. I only asked two questions!! I’m sure the makers of Jitterbug would be very disappointed to know that their customer service agents were so rude. I had to call back once the phone was activated and the agent, Anthony, was very helpful.

Great little phone. Very easy to use. Vert straight forward to understand.

I purchased this phone for my mother and has been a great purchase for tech. challenged user. A great phone for the basic phone user, with a few additional options if desired, such as texting and basic data functions. Also, cost was quite minimal compared to other options available. Setup and provider activation was very easy!

Overall it isn't a bad phone. The size of the numbers are great. I just wish you could add numbers to speed dial.

The phone does everything it promised. Great for those who don't want complications.
