Worst phone ever!

The voice to text and call using Alexa was a joke. It never worked. The texting is so difficult and confusing- it was unusable. The screen burned out after about 10 days. After 15 days BestBuy won’t give you your money back - so I’m out the money for trying to assist my elderly mother. Very nice.

My husband wishes he had bought a Jitterbug 2 ye

The Jitterbug 2 has all he needs. He has only one problem. When he calls his daughter in Atlanta GA, he gets a recording. There is a problem between the circuits. Thank you. He loves the phone in all other aspects.!

He has mastered the buttons and even made selfie videos. I am so pleased for him. The price just happened to be half off when we came in. What a great deal!
