Great flip phone and great price for something who just need basic calls . Still loaded with handy features

The phone itself is good. However, we were not able to set it up do to a flawed system. The ability to setup the phone is much more challenging especially when the company has infinite numbers to call. And, they route you to other numbers without proper assistance. Strongly recommend the company rethink the on-boarding via phone/online. Major failure for consumer simplicity. Explanation given to us is that a multitude of phone numbers is required by marketing. Keep believing this and your product will not increase in sales.

Well the phone broke within a few weeks. 2nd one that does not survive being dropped. The Lively service has a ton of spam callers. For an elderly person, it is not so nice. I called and they said they could change the number.

Great phone for people who do not want all of the bells and whistles. Small enough to slip into a pocket. Numbers and screen are easy to see.

Customer service as great even while working with other customers.. made my trip easy and fast!!!

My parent's love the phone it is easy to navigate has big numbers for they can make a call a no fuss phone

I purchased this phone for my nonagenarian, visually impaired mother, she is unable to use it at all even though the phone is marketed as great for seniors.

Plus points: Handy to use. Good reception. Readable display. Flip open feature ensures no pocket dials. Down side: The ringer/volume control is located where one might hold the phone when talking so often the ringer is inadvertently turned off.

So far it works great glad I bought plan with everything seems to be working real good so far. Thanks a lot.

Its a good phone for my dad. Loud ring an it has a speed dial for family members he dont have to dial. Program the phone number an one number assigned to that person..

This is a perfect phone for a senior. You can program the keys and the keys and display are big.

Good phone, only complaint is that my mother in law complains she can't hear as well as she'd like. The volume doesn't go up as far as she really needs but she can still hear. Overall it's a great phone and simple to use.

Very, very inconsistent and unreliable, often times unavailable, reception.After many long calls to Lively support to set up adequately for my mother, I asked repeatedly to exchange for a different phone, hoping it could work better. No one would do that until I finally had enough and dropped our plan.

The phone suits the elderly as it was intended. The volume buttons are too sensitive and gets accidentally pressed way too easily.

The Jitterbug 2 is a nice cell phone with a camera that is easy to use.I am a senior citazen and just want a cell phone to use when I go out for convenience.It is perfect for that.
