This phone is supposed to be easy for seniors. Unfortunately it is not at all. My mom would have been better off with a regular smartphone, as this phone has too many steps to remember for her just to make a phone call and navigate through the phonebook. The only positive is the quick emergency button for her to push should she have an extreme emergency.

I bought this phone for my uncle & he loves it! The big numbers makes it easy for him to see them.

Perfect for my senior mother. Big enough numbers that she can see yet small enough to carry in her purse.

Perfect gift for my elderly relative. Very handy and easy for my uncle to operate who's not into smart phones.

It's never 19.99 a month. There is an activation fee, connect fee, and if you want voice mail there was a fee. The agents from the company are off shore and difficult to even understand them trying to explain all the packages and fees, I returned it before I left the parking lot.

This device is for my mother in-law. It is a ok device. It lacks in basic customization as to key pad sounds. Key pad sound is able to be muted but always defaults back to sound even though key pad sounds are muted. Power on, power off sounds are not able to be muted. This is the only phone that I have been able to find with larger than normal keys. Still not the simplest phone for some seniors to use. Most seniors are use to having a small phone/address book with them. Would be nice to have a phone that calls and receives only. Zero menu available to confuse or distract the mind of some seniors. Overall this phone is as advertised. We are using it with minutes plan only. No extras.
