    I just don’t want to use an IPhone so this flip phone works good for me. The buttons are easier to read and it is an inexpensive way to keep in touch with others.

    Took far too long to activate the phone, and my parents are still having trouble with the phone not responding to commands as expected. And when I call my mom she can hear me but I can't hear her. It will take a lot of my time to figure out if the issue is with Great Call or Verizon, because nobody else but me has this issue.

    We bought the whole package for my developmentally delayed sister. She is so proud of her phone. We are doing everything slowly so she can learn as much as possible about the phone. Sometimes she wonders off and we wanted the red button so someone could help her find her way home. She has limited speaking abilities. This is the perfect purchases for her.
