    Great choice for the less tech savvy user. Picked this up for my dad with some memory issues. Only thing I don’t like about it is that it takes too many “OKs” to make calls. Would like it better if the phone would answer a call upon opening rather than have to press OK.

    Awful, u have to turn the phone off and on each time it's used to reconnect to the cell tower and have service. My elderly parents were stranded w their. Ar broken down Nd bo cell service inthe freezing cold until luckily police helped them!

    Had to replace my old Jitterbug which I damaged. Like the new features of the Jitterbug Flip2, especially since I can lock the volume; kept hitting the volume button on the old one and couldn't hear. Also, the notification of a missed call. I do not use text or the camera.

    LivelyFlip This is the latest phone I have bought to keep me in touch with family, friends, and places with which I do business. Best Buy has an excellent collection of phones to consider and sales agents to discuss your needs and past experiences. All of this worked out just fine for me.
