    The phone price great! Lily is very helpful. Many problems getting started. The 1st phone was defective, replaced a week later. It took 2 weeks with the transfer from Verizon. It took 1.5 hours with a tech to reprogram and add voice mail. The phone rings 8 times before going into VM. Phone will not pair with 2016 Kia

    I had a heck of a time setting up the phone. What should have been routine became a problem. GreatCall decided to send another flip phone already set-up! I will return the present phone to them! As far as Best Buy, the employees were very helpful. I purchased the flip phone on 1/19/21

    very difficult to learn after using a Verizon/Samsung phone as this is so simple it, was difficult to use. Some actions were very simpl,e, after being able to use the Samsung phone, that it took more than two weeks to get it fully operational. Also, the Service person first called, was unable to help at all, and after placing me on a hold, just terminated the call.
