Simple cell phone easy setup and good service. About the size of a Samsung s23

A few functions are difficult to use due to the need to make this phone easy to use for seniors. Most seniors probably would not even need to use some advanced functions found on other phones.

Phone has intuitive design that makes it a little easier to use for my mom but getting it set up was a process....it took about 3 hours with help from their online service. That being said the person helping us was wonderful and extremely patient.

Great phone for seniors. Easy to make and receive calls and texts. Customer service reps are super friendly and helpful.

Bought this for my 90 yr old aunt. There was no learning curve as she already had a smart 2. Unfortunately the smart 2 was splitting apart and became unresponsive after only 2 years. Hopefully this one will last longer. She's happy with it. She enjoys the preinstalled games. Not many cases available for it.

Very simple to set up. Calling Lively is so nice because you actually talk to an English speaking person. Everyone I spoke with has been so nice & helpful.

I got this phone for my partner. He has had a trac phone forever! But wanted to venture into a smartphone. I got him a new Moto e phone, but he did not like using it, too many bells and whistles to suit him and he was frustrated in trying to learn it. So I got him to look at this phone. Immediately, it is easy to use and has all the answers you need on the phone and easy to find the answers. So he is very happy and so am I!! Also the battery life is long lasting.

Jitterbug 3 is perfect for those that need a simple smart phone. Easy to read and very simple.

Jitterbug phone is an excellent product. It is so much easier to use than the flip phone I had before. And as usual, Best Buy’s service was great.

The Lively Smartphone is great for older folks who have never used smartphones before. The interface is intuitive, and the volume is loud (especially on the speakerphone). Lively customer support, including the "Operator Services" feature is fantastic. It's like having an old-fashioned operator at your fingertips for anything you might need, like "Call my friend, Susie," or "Call the electric company," etc. Also the built-in Lyft feature allows the user to have the operator call a Lyft, and the charge just goes on the next month's Lively bill. No need for a Lyft account or app. I couldn't be more pleased!

I really enjoy the Jitterbug Smartphone 3. Its a basic smartphone at very low cost point. It has all the security features most would want. It comes with a chrome browser however the user can specifiy any search engine they want to rely on. It may be the best smartphone deal out there.

My 86 year old mom went from a flip phone to this. She had had trouble retrieving voice mails and calling out. She’s still adjusting, but I think eventually she will be glad she has it.

Got this for my mom to get with the times and I couldn’t be happier. It is easy for her to learn and use.

The new lively smart phone is so much easier to us then prev android phone I have had. However, it took Best Buy and lively two days to get activated and xfer data from prev phone.

I purchased this phone for a relative. After activating the phone, and with some lessons on how to use it, my relative loves the phone.

First phone I purchased was easy to activate, but had a problem adding contacts. Turn out phone was defective. Lively C/S was very helpful in solving the problem by shipping a new phone that was pre-activated and providing a return label for defective phone. So far everything ok.
