I bought a smart 3 phone for my mother and followed the directions for setting up online. I entered the website found in the activation guide. I had a question regarding the plan options and called the number that is given if you have questions about the plan options. I was connected with a person who immediately tried to sell me a wearable device and would not listen to the question that I was calling about. She hung up on me. After calling the number again two more times and reaching the same person, my number was blocked! I then called a different number found at the top of the activation guide. The person I reached told me that the phone number I had called was not associated with the company. She repeated the number accurately. This person then tried to connect me to a "connection specialist". When I expressed concern that the number I had called was found on their website, she too hung up on me!

This phone is terrific for my Mom with memory issues. I have not found one easier to use anywhere for the price.

I bought this cell phone for my husband for the ease of use. It is really a very nice phone. Much nicer than I even expected. He is probably never going to use it for certain reasons as I have cancelled the service provider.

As cellphones evolved into smart phones they added more stuff and more steps to use stuff that most of us who talk, text, read email, news and check on the weather neither need nor use. This cellphone provides what I use on a regular basis without all the unnecessary stuff.

I upgraded from the Smartphone 2 and I'm very pleased with the changes. It's more user friendly and I like the slimmer style.
