Simplifying Smart Phone

This cellphone provides what I use on a regular basis without all the unnecessary stuff.

Worst Phone and Service, DO NOT BUY

It was supposed to be easy for my mom to use yet the thing gave us so many problems it was ridiculous. From turning itself off periodically and having to be factory reset 5 times this phone and service was garbage. It also had volume issues, the volume was low despite being set to high. Speakerphone was garbage and my mom could barely hear it and she's not hard of hearing. Battery life was also horrible for something we bought brand new. The service was even worse, they charge a month ahead for service and u better cancel way before because they will still try to charge you. I had to fight them to get my money back. Also their customer service couldn't fix simple issues either.

Wish there was truly a simple phone for seniors that still offered internet access.
