Other than reception problems(no fault of the phone) it has been just fine. However, I don't feel it is easier to use than other phones.

No more flip phone for Grandma!

She was a little hesitant to switch over, but now that she has...she loves it! She needed a quick tutorial session from her granddaughter to use it but has adapted very well. She loves having a text to speech option.

All the basic needs of a cell phone are met while including texting, emails, photos, apps and more. The security of knowing you can call emergency at the touch of a button or Lyft for a ride is fabulous.
