Phone is great for my hubby. Easier to use than others. However the coverage in our area is poor.

Too early to judge battery life, but its got to be better than old one. Cust service made setup a breeze as i was already a lively customer. This model is little bigger, i like that.

This phone was a little more difficult to use initially than expected. We bought it for my 91-year old mother who only has use of one hand. I was hoping she'd be able to use it more easily (that she could answer and call with one click.) We may yet figure out how to make use easier, but if that's the case, we could have used better instructions!

So far this phone is great for my 93 yr old aunt. Great size and easy to hold when put in the pink case protector. Screen menu is so easy for her to use. Great videos on how to use.

This is an upgrade from Smart2 to Smart3 for me. This phone is a great improvement over the Smart2. I have no need for the safety component and it is nice that it is now an option. When I had the Smart2 I was a victim of a reverse 911 call which brought the police to my home. I had to request customer support remove that component from my phone as I couldn’t remove it myself. This phone really covers all my needs for phone service, texts and emails. Easy to use also.

think that this phone will work out, fine..............still have things to learn, but, it is a great size and everything plainly marked and illustrated...............just what a senior needs.

Phone for seniors is the best description for this one. It's a simple easy to understand smart phone.I got this for my mom who is intimidated by technology. She does like the look and can see things better than a flip phone. The only negative I can see is the service is a little bit pricey.

Overall a good phone, butonly thing is i wish i could get the font size bigger

This phone was for my 91 year old mom who used to be quite tech savvy but is now having memory issues. She had an older model of the Jitterbug smartphone but she seems to be doing more with this newer version. Unfortunately my brother had to manually transfer all her pictures and phone numbers since he wasn’t able to transfer it over automatically. I’m unable to comment on picture quality or battery life,

Love the phone. Learning to use functions I have not used before. My only reason for not giving the phone of five star is because of the location of the five star on the phone. It is easy to hit the star accidentally, although easy to cancel the call immediately. I would definitely recommend this phone, especially to users not adept at computers and other like kind devices.

I bought this phone for my wife because it looked so user friendly and she found this to be true. The phone has plenty of storage (32 Gigs) and she enjoys the verbal text and email. I had a little problem setting up the Pop 3 email but with help of the agents atBest Buy and the Lively online help we"got-er done"

Love all the options for apps. Handy to pay my bills from my phone.

First I will say it is a very nice smart phone with just the basic programs like email, phone, internet, text. And a great price for both the phone and the service (through Lively). However, my Dad is 89 yrs old and has Parkinson's and Dementia and I thought this phone would be just right for him. It is probably really good for many seniors but Dad shakes so bad he either cannot hit the right button or can't turn it on. The start button on the side is challenging for him to press hard enough, it needs an auto start like when you pick it up and it does not have that feature. Also he hit the urgent response button accidentally so many times that I discontinued that part of the service, which is disappointing because that was a feature I thought would be good to have. I will keep the phone because it is a great smart phone but I have a sense it is not going to serve my Dad in his present state.

The Best Buy agent was so very helpful and patient with us when make a decision on the phone. We spent several hours with Malcome and every little detail was taken care of. We appreciated the expertise and help that was provided.

Bought this for my aunt and she seems to love it. Set up was relatively easy but clear information on the plans available was a challenge to find before purchase. Did not like that there was no unlimited data option.

My husband and I love our Jitterbug Smart 3 phones, We have used them for several years and just needed an upgrade. They set up everything for us and transferred our info from old phones to new. Thank you Best Buy!

Some problems setting up voicemail but they were eventually resolved. Annoying that I keep getting message to set up urgent response. I don't want to do it at this time.

Much too "smart" a phone for the price. We are very pleased with the Lively Jitterbug. It does what we wanted out of a cell phone and so much more and at a very reasonable cost.
