Perfect for my 86-year-old Dad. He likes the large lettering, Home and Back button features.

Moving up from a flip-phone to a smartphone was a concern. The Smart3 has turned out to be the right move. It comes with an operating guide that helps when in need of additional guidance. Bottom line, I will stay with it because I think it works for me.

It's so easy to use! My mom loves hers!! I was able to hide all the apps that she never uses.

I purchased this phone for my mother, that lives in Florida. During the past month she has had it the signal breaks up when she is in her house. I called the company to see if they could help me with this issue. I was told that this was an issue with my mom's home and location. However, I told them that when we had her on the Verizon and T-mobile networks, we never encountered this issue in her house. They told me there was nothing they could do. I guess I will be canceling and returning to another network. It's unfortunate because, in concept, the services they provide are helpful. However, if the connection is poor, then the services really do not matter.

Works very good,its a little laggy on startup but then is very quick,nice mid grade phone

Bought for my 87 year old mother, who has a hard time with technology. This was simpler for her and the large screen/letters/prompts make it easy for her to follow the steps.

I bought this simple phone for my mother-in-law. There were some initial hiccups where it went off network on Day 2. Since then, it has worked as expected. It does everything she needs at a fraction of the price of one of the major cell carriers.

SO FAR THIS IS THE BEST CELL PHONE I HAVE EVER USED ! THINGS ARE SO MUCH SIMPLER THAT MOST CELL ! WISH I HAD THIS PHONE FOR THE BEGINNING ! IF YOU DON'T UN- STAND COMPUTER LANGUAGE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO USE A CELL PHONE ! I WOULD EVERYONE TO GET THIS PHONE ! TERRY R TURNER

Better than the previous Jitterbug version it replaced.

I like the Jitterbug Smart 3 because it is simple, but it does many things if you want to do many things. If you do not, it covers all the basics, email, phone calls, texts, internet, etc. The Lively alert systems is also good for emergencies.

Very nice phone and super senior friendly. My parents are very happy with their phones.

Maybe a great phone, but I may take a year to learn how to use it!
