I am disappointed with this service. What I don't like is How you charged me more , in the second week, for textiing, and in the third week you again charged me for data besides the fact that i don't use the internet or music and Gps and some other things. Judi Jones

bought this for my 78year old mother. It is pretty simple to figure out. She upgraded from a flip phone to this and is not having to many struggles
