Set up was easy, Lively support excellent. Perfect for older users as navigation is simple and font size is large.

I had been looking to get the Smart3 for some time and could not find a reasonable price for my budget. Then I got the regular email from Best Buy and the sale price for the Smart3 was just right! The sales person was great and got me started with the new phone straight away! Thanks Best Buy.

I got one for my Boomer mother who has avoided most technological advancements of the last thirty years. She'd had a flip phone since Nokia bricks went out of style, never gets on a computer, didn't even know how to email. I set up the phone for her (very quick to do, including the Lively service, which costs significantly less than her previous provider charged), and showed her some basic functions, but she's had minimal trouble navigating this phone on her own. (I should probably deduct a star for how many links to Facebook videos I get on the daily now, though.) The storage is quite limited, but perfectly adequate for storing photos, texts, and a handful of apps. I just bought a second one of these to usher my dad into the modern age as well.

For my mother to replace old jitterbug. Seems better but still some challenges like hanging to reset the alarm daily, though it’s set to go off daily. Still a good product for ease of use.

Does everything it needs to do, quickly and easily. Like that you can toggle the interface between Lively large and a standard setting.

I bought The Jitterbug phone for my wife. She has liked it as a replacement phone. She was tired of the hassle with the phone she had. Jitterbug is easier and she seems less stressful.

Wonderful for my mother who doesn’t want a super smart phone

I consider the product very useful and entertaining too. It has a lot of programs as What's Up - my favorable, camera - you may send pictures, and several others, and of course telephone. I did not decided to buy it for a long time but now I am glad and not sorry to purchase it, especially that agents from Geek Squad are always ready to help.

Excellent phone for seniors, easy to navigate, big screen

Love this phone. This is an upgrade from the phone I previously had from Great Call which is now Lively. I had the smartphone 1 & purchased this newest version. Very easy to transfer all the information as Lively walks you through the process. I highly recommend this phone as it does everything you need at a very reasonable price.

The phone is ok except the camera does not do a very good job when I try to take pictures in a room with some lighting. Outdoor pictures are crisp and sharp.

This phone is amazing!!!!! I am 75 and have not had a phone that I could USE. This came with an instruction book/user guide. I was able to get it going without any problems, and I did it by myself. There are no words to describe how easy it was!!!

I like that its easy to use, large print for easy to see. And it is dementia friendly

It is easy to use considering all these years I had a go phone. It also takes great pictures.
