    Jitterbug 3, having internal battery you have to replace the phone if battery issues. Bought Aug 2023, & today Nov.21st 2024 had to get a new phone due to phone will not take charge. 13 months?! This is truly unacceptable for a senior to have to purchase new phone yearly!
