Disappointing given the promising reviews and that it's intended for those who have trouble with phones.

Activation process through Lively is a nightmare. Hold times in excess of 30 minutes. Unable to port a number unless I contact present carrier and secure a pin number, etc. Have been trying for two weeks to activate the phone and now it is no longer returnable. Very frustrated.
