I picked this up for my mobility-limited brother-in-law at his request as a backup phone and for texting. Setup was easy and the display was very easy to navigate. It really does have the features that would be important to most people. Don't really know about the battery life or the camera, but I had to enter stars to post the rating.

Nice phone for mother in law but set up was ridiculous. 4 phone calls and well over an hour to get it to work. Maybe we were just unlucky but a elderly person could not have done it on their own.

It's only a 4G android phone But for a spare cell phone it worked out ok. And you can't beat the price of $19.00. You can buy this phone at Best buy.

It is very easy to use and comprehend, I do not need assistance from a tech or teen. I am a Parkinson's patient and was having a hard time with a standard smart phone this phone is very easy to negotiate and has the emergency set up .in case of an accident or need of assistance. The apps are listed as a list rather than icons with too many colors and styles, It is simple to grasp

Upgraded from a Jitterbug Smartphone 2 to a Jitterbug Smartphone3. All apps are working well and the phone is easy to set up and use. One con" all my contacts did not transfer to my new phone, so had to do so manually. In fairness, however, it could have been "operator error" (me). Compared to other cell phones, this one is geared for use by seniors and meets those expectations well. The price for the phone is good and the monthly usage fees are quite low.

At last, an easy to use smart phone. If you get lost, there is the manual in large type and the friendly Lively staff to patiently answer your questions. This phone is made for geezers, thank God, and it is really easy to use.

This phone is easy to use for seniors. The set up in the store was quick and easy with very helpful and patient team members in the Visalia, CA store. I would have awarded this product five stars if the ringer volume was louder for someone that is a little hard of hearing. Over all a great product.

Got this for my father-in-law who is dealing with memory problems. We like the way this phone is set up. The choices are clear and he can figure it out pretty easily--the user interface is really helpful for older, memory challenged users. The cellular service (through Lively) is good, so far and priced reasonably. This model was recommended for people with cognitive impairments and we're happy with it and how easy it is to figure out.

Easier to navigate than a typical smart phone, but clunky to find and use apps. Voice typing could be simpler for elder users.

My mom is 93 yrs. old and has no issues working this phone - the home screen is customizable which makes it easy for her to use the features she wants. The icons are large which makes if easier for her to see and use.

My neighbor is senior and just got this phone yesterday, I helped my neighbor setup the basics. UI seems simple, touchscreen is responsive, overall it's just OK.

I have owned an LG smart phone for over two years and couldn't figure it out. Much too complicated for someone like me who knows nothing about technology. The smart Jitterbug phone is so easy to operate. After all these years I can now text and email. Such a great improvement for me.

it's an ok phone. got it for my mom. she had a few problems getting started, but is figuring things out. too easy to turn off, tho. not a good thing. she keeps accidentally turning it off and misses calls.

The phone is very easy to use, once the number was transferred over from the other phone service the people of jitter bug I believe it is called lively their customer service, are great to work with elderly and I couldn’t ask for more,

The product has improved and is easier for the elderly to operate than the flip phone. Please add voice activation so the elderly can operate with just their voice! Then you will have a winner!

My 83 year old mom had an I-Phone purchased by another family member for her. She was constantly having issues with it because it was too complicated for her. Purchased this phone for her along with the Mobile Plus and has made all the difference in her confidence when using a phone. GREAT for older adults. Very simple to use and understand!
